We have acted as Independent Tenant Adviser in over fifty projects in England, Scotland and Wales since 1995, and are one of the leading organisations in this field. In June 2008 we were delighted to be appointed by Hull City Council and tenants and residents of URBaN to be the ITA on the North Bransholme Estate in Hull and then in February 2009 we were chosen by tenant representatives in Oldham to be their ITA .
